serviced direct with them, through their network
of service agents. If it is outside the warranty
period, you would be best advised to call an appointed
agent. You will find this information in your product
litrature supplied with the machine. |

| Yes, we recommend
you check out the type of products you are really
interested in and then request a brochure on a specific
product. Why? It saves unnecessary brochures being
mailed and saves a tree in the process! This will
in turn keep overheads down and put the savings
back in your pocket. |

| You can take out an extended
warranty direct with any of the manufacturers for
up to five years. This is normally a small extra
cost, which we always advise you to do. You just
