Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add it to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Just follow the instructions on the screen you will then arrive at the "Reciept Screen" and that's it. All the instructions on how to send payments are on the "Reciept Screen" Click "Done" at the bottom of the page to return to the main catalog. Useful Tip....Please make sure you check that the goods you buy will be suitable for the installation (if applicable). For example: dimension of product, access to the property (can you get the items through any entrances) and if they will be suitable for your current setup (will a sink fit into an existing cut-out or is a tap suitable in height or will it work with your current plumbing situation). We obviously cannot be responsible for something we don't know about in your home, so please check first.

Shipping And Handling Our products are delivered completely free of charge for UK mainland customers. Deliveries are done between Mondays and Fridays. We are very sorry but we do not ship outside the UK.

Delivery Schedule We will normally advise you when ordering the estimated delivery date and then you will be contacted by despatch a few days before with confirmation of a date. Should you have any questions please call us on 0845 2301545.

• Delivery for most items is approximately 3 - 5 working days (in some cases sooner) Monday & Friday (in some areas this will include Saturdays).

• Larger items i.e. American fridge/freezers may take approximately 8 -14 working days and will be delivered direct from the manufacturer.

• US fridge freezers will be connected to existing services i.e. water and electric socket (Providing the mains electric & water pipe has the correct fitting & is within one metre of the appliance)

• Small electrical items are shipped via courier company, this can take from 2-4 days and are delivered Monday - Friday between 9 - 5:30pm (times may vary). We can arrange a delivery Saturday before Midday, however there is a small additional cost involved, please ring 0845 230 15 45 for a quote.

Sorry we are unable to leave any parcel without receiving a signature.

Back Orders Any out of stock items will be notified to you immediately and you will be given the option to place the item or items on back order or if you are unable to wait we will refund any payments and cancel the order. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us.
