Question? Are all of your products brand new and do they have a warranty?
Yes, we only sell brand new equipment with the manufacturers FULL warranty.
Question? Do you include VAT?
Yes, all of our prices include VAT at the current rate.
Question? Do you charge for delivery?
No, all of our products are delivered completely FREE of charge to any UK mainland address.
Question? What types of payments do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, VisaDelta, Switch, JCB, Solo, cheques, bankers drafts and bank transfers (details available on request).
Question? How can I pay?
You can pay online, over the phone or by post.
Question? Do you connect appliances when they are delivered?
No, generally we don’t offer this service, however we do offer a specialist service for Lacanche customers. Because of the nature of this product, we will offer a special delivery and installation/connection service that is arranged and carried out by Lacanche UK
Question? Why are your prices so low?
Because we have very low overheads, those and any additional discounts we negotiate with the manufacturers are passed directly onto our customers. So you benefit at all times.
Question? Can I make any more savings by buying through you?
Yes, if you buy more than one item at a time through us, we will try to reduce the price even further. So volume buying will attract further discount where possible.
Question? How safe is my money when spending it with you?
When you buy any products with a credit card either over the internet or phone, you are covered for all transaction placed. If you have any doubts please contact your card issuer directly.
Question? How safe is it to buy online?
It is very safe, in fact it is probably safer than giving someone your details over the phone. Why? Because, if you put your details through our secure online payment system, we never see them. Only the bank and the merchant gateway processor ever see them and they are protected by the most advanced security system available during the entire transaction proccess, usually this takes between 5 & 10 seconds to authorise. Question? What is the difference between buying from you or from a high street shop?
Apart from the SAVINGS you will make which are GREAT! None, if you buy from us or a high street retailer you are buying exactly the same product, they have the same warranties and are delivered just as quick.

Question? Do you service machines?
No, all machines that are covered by the manufactures warranty are serviced direct with them, through their network of service agents. If it is outside the warranty period, you would be best advised to call an appointed agent. You will find this information in your product litrature supplied with the machine.
Question? Do you send out brochures?
Yes, we recommend you check out the type of products you are really interested in and then request a brochure on a specific product. Why? It saves unnecessary brochures being mailed and saves a tree in the process! This will in turn keep overheads down and put the savings back in your pocket.
Question? What about an extended warranty?
You can take out an extended warranty direct with any of the manufacturers for up to five years. This is normally a small extra cost, which we always advise you to do. You just never know if you’re going to need it!
