About Us Beau-Port was established over 5 years ago as an on line kitchen business supplying today’s busy discerning customers. Their exciting collection of appliances and accessories are competitively priced and include VAT and free weekday mainland delivery, ensuring there are no hidden extras to confuse or mislead the customer.

All of our appliances are from quality manufacturers, which cover a wide range of products for the kitchen from large to small. All of the products suit today’s life style and living space, be it retro, classical or contemporary.

Friendly experienced staff are on hand to advise on our products, from wooden spoons to large electrical appliances, in addition to a dedicated section on the site that covers ‘frequently asked questions’. . All of the products come with a standard manufacturers warranty (in some cases a 2 year warranty is given), which can be extended up to 5 years in most cases. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add it to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Just follow the instructions on the screen you will then arrive at the “Reciept Screen” and that’s it. All the instructions on how to send payments are on the “Reciept Screen” Click “Done” at the bottom of the page to return to the main catalog. Shipping And Handling Our products are delivered completely free of charge for UK mainland customers. Deliveries are done between Mondays and Fridays. Any subsequent failed deliveries made after the first attempt, may be subject to an additional charge, this excludes back orders which are part of the original order waiting to be shipped. We are very sorry but we do not ship outside the UK.

Delivery Schedule We will normally advise you when ordering the estimated delivery date and then you will be contacted by despatch a few days before with confirmation of a date. Should you have any questions please call us on 01420-590330.

Delivery for most items is approximately 5 – 8 working days (in some cases sooner) Monday & Friday (in some areas this will include Saturdays).
Larger items i.e. American fridge/freezers will take approximately 8 -14 working days and will be delivered direct from the manufacturer.
US fridge freezers will be connected to existing services i.e. water and electric socket (Providing the mains electric & water pipe has the correct fitting & is within one metre of the appliance)
Small electrical items are shipped via courier company, this can take from 2-4 days and are delivered Monday – Friday between 9 – 5:30pm (times may vary). We can arrange a delivery Saturday before Midday, however there is a small additional cost involved, please ring 01420-590330 for a quote.

Sorry we are unable to leave any parcel without receiving a signature.
